I noticed something different too but I was thinking that the keyboard area seems taller, up more towards the top of the screen than before can't say I noticed the smaller letters but that could give the impression that the buttons are larger too. I do think your right, something is different.

I noticed this too. The "keys" are the same size, but the letters are definitely smaller.

I've sent a few messages since the upgrade to this OS and haven't found this to present any usability issues at all.

Just noticed the restart screen is different when you use QL to reset the device.

Small changed I noticed and liked was that on the SureType keyboard the font is smaller. I thought it was because it adjusted to my font size but after trying different font and sizes I learned its just smaller by default and part of the OS. Everything else so far I'm loving. Battery I'm not sure on just loaded a few hours ago and had to set it all back up. Typing and navigating is smooth but I noticed the browser bug (white bar) is still there too so that sucks.

The Install and restore took forever...so far everything seems okay.

BBM was under applications > add on...along with BB app world, and tasks..now it's under applications > core... along with browser, OS system & core, etc...

BBM is part of the OS.

I am really liking 607 so far. Their is just an overall good feel to it in my opinion!

Just got the OS loaded. So far everything seems ok. Had a few issues getting my apps back on, but that had nothing to do with the OS.

I will keep and eye on Meterberry and see how my memory does as well as battery life. Application access and ending seems to be quicker.

Was able to re-activate my storm 2 on my BES so no issues there either.

Will post tomorrow when I have some data to post.

Suretype keys font is smaller. Better word recognition as I was typing. Loving it so far!!

I'm getting a program running in the background called "LBS" that I never had before.
Any idea what that is?

I was thinking the font difference had something to do with my theme but now that everyone else is saying something it is definitely different. The word almost gets italicized and bolded or something.

i noticed the letters that I typed were bold when the word was selected, and the letters that it filled in for me were normal... i think its just a feature that shows you what you originally typed when the word is highlighted.

for example if i typed hipp and it finished the word hippopotamus

it would appear hippopotamus when its highlighted but once you accepted it or hit space it appears normal.

make sense?

I downloaded the new OS just fine, but the Google Voice app is not recognizing the keyboard, even though the keyboard is showing. I can't type in my user name and password. Any ideas how to fix?

Same here. The theme I'm currently using gets the date cut off now.

Never mind - I just realized I forgot to disable compatibility mode.

Yep I see that also. Looks like it's tied in with the autotext feature now.
