Do you have any other OS's installed on your computer? You can check this by going to control panel. add/remove programs and seeing how many device softwares are installed. Please report back with how many you see.

Not to offend you or anything, but, did you install 3.5?

np, i think the loader app threw him when he saw it, all you would need to do Randy, is if you have a back up of the the device and the 3rd-party apps, uncheck everything and click next.

then just restore your regular backup, and restore your apps...both through the apploader button in the DM

Neo sounds to me like he either does not have the OS installed, or that he has multiple OS's installed which is confusing apploader. What do you think.
