I agree with Stiefler07, try clearing the cache on your devices browser. it's in options/cache

if you still have issues, UN-install the OS's from your pc in the control panel/add remove programs and then install 114 or lower and follow the instruc. again

didnt work...i have uninstalled and reinstalled this version of .114 on 2 computers 3 differnt times soo that doesnt fix it..i think its the .114 i have. I am trying to go from .75 to this i have not had a problem like this before my cache is clear my phone has been batt pulled computer restarted....when i open app loader from the rim folder it says hit next so i do then it does the reading but then fails

wipe the phone with either JL or crackutil

then continue. there is no need to load a OS on the phone to upgrade

k give me a while this is .75 lmao....

Have you tried any other OS then .114? Try .109 or so...

There is no need to have an Operating System loaded onto your device to start installing 3.5!!!

An OS only needs to be loaded on your PC.

So, if anyone is having issues: If you think it is the phone...then wipe it & get it to the 507 error, then continue to loading 3.5 fresh.

If you think the problem is the OS installed on your PC, then uninstall it (Control Panel/ Add Remove Programs) and then install anything from 114 down to your PC.

There is no need to install any of the Hybrids, and DONOT install 122 to your PC.

hi everyone,

just installed the v3.5 9 hours ago and it runs perfect to me...
It is faster and the camera works great and fast
the browser is faster
and the switching applications is fast.

even though i just used the v3.5 9 hours ago
i am downloading the v3.5.1 right now
and even though v3.5 is more compatible for verizon subscriber
i don't care coz i want to try the bigger keyboard and
the color banding that v3.5.1 is offering...

about to install now!!!

JUST ONE QUESTION

I went to options/about folder to check my OS platform...
it says
v4.7.0.122 (platform 4.0.0.153)

then

I went to options/advanced option to check my wireless update...
it says
Current version is 4.7.0.122

after seeing these two different folder
made me so confused big time
especially when i'm very particulary sure that i installed the hybrid v3.5.
what does this mean?
is my OS v4.7.0.122 or the v3.5 hybrid?

would be so grateful if anyone can answer my confused brain...

I did the 3.5 and it says the same thing, you should have the hybrid installed if you followed the directions to a T

3.5 is just the working name that BBC has given the build.

If 3.5 is installed correctly, then in status/about it should say 122/153

If 3.5.1 is installed correctly then in status/about it should say 122/114

In wireless update, it is only stating what OS you currently have installed on you device. ( Don't worry, just redundant information)

how do i wipe with crakutil and how do you do the instal from there


and heres the thing its not my phone im about 99.9% sure its my copy of .114 its on the computer doesn anyone have a link to a version they know is clean so i can try that before i wipe with crackutil

Make sure you have a backup done for the device and the third party apps. if you don't know how to, go to the how to's in help center from my Sig.

Down load crackutil connect device through usb
run and click on advanced tab...click on wipe file system

i have to restart my comp i dl'd the .114 from this site does someone have a different link i am telling you that it the one i have after i do the 3.5 hybrid install on comp if i go back into add/remove i have a seprate on at the verytop of my screen and the device manager version
