Hi, I just installed the 3.51. When I connected my DM to synch back my data it said that there were newer versions of facebook and browser available. Should I ok the update?

Ok, I just upgraded to v3.5 from v3.0 and it doesn't look like the upgrade automatically initiated the enterprise activation like it did when I first went from .75 to v3...does anyone know if it should have done the activation? I just want to make sure I got the upgrade done correctly...it shows v4.7.0.122 (platform 4.0.0.153).

A little advice......DON'T do a full backup & restore or you'll have duplicate calendar, contacts & notes when you activate BES again. ok, so this is spooky. I just started DM to see restore everything and try the start over and it randomly started to do an Enterprise Activation. Guess I'll see what happens.

Seems to be now, thank goodness. It finished the activation and seems to be settling down. Gotta run an errand and will check settings while out/about and will report back how it's looking.

Ok, everything seems to be running smoothly:

Version shows: v4.7.0.122 (Platform 4.0.0.153) [pretty sure that means 3.5?]

Running: Viigo, Street.com, Wall Street Journal, Weatherbug, browser (plus regular apps) and shows 36.1MB free

Battery: 45% (I did the install late in the day so I'll have a better sense of this tomorrow).

All in all, seems to be working as flawlessly as v3.

I think the reason it didn't do the Enterprise Activation automatically is that I didn't keep it plugged in after it said it was complete. There may be something about being plugged in. It's either that or after I decided to restore and plugged it in/started DM, something triggered it to start the activation. I remember when I went to v3 it did the activation but I'd left it plugged in for a while.

Did you try restarting your pc?? If so my advice is to delete everything BB from your PC. Then install the DM and the desired OS...

How are u doing paginated???? Did u try restating??? If not as i said before delete and install again. I am here if you need any help. And if its something too complicated that I cant answer Im 100% one of the bbos community members will come out to the rescue

Hi .. I went to this link, and i have the latest os for my carrier verizon wireless... should i still install 122 for bell?

ps. i didn't delete and re-install DM .. i didn't realize that was needed... i will try that & let u know how it goes...

I would recommend installing .114 as It has been mentioned before that if installing 3.5 over .122 might give u issues. If you need a link for .114 let me know
