I am having trouble connecting to my storm. DM shows im connected and will not allow me to do a back up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything (twice!). I was thinking maybe there is an issue with the software on the storm considering it froze during installation of 3.5.1 but i can't connect to it to wipe it. Nor do i have the right program to do so. I am on verizon and my os is xp

3.5.1 is not recommended for Verizon, you'd fare better with 3.5. You need to unistall all of the Storm updates from your computer through you control panel. Then download 114 and install to your computer. Then download and execute the 3.5 file..Then install the OS using the App loader, not the Desktop Manager.
