Look at the fourth screen in the installation instructions...you have to click on the little box on the right to get the installer to put the new hybrid in the proper location. I tried doing it the old way, pasting it into the App Loader and I got the same message "no action necessary" Hope this helps.

Thanks everybody for their help. I finally got the 3.5 to load. The app loader wasnt seeing the OS. To solve it, I had to delete everything blackberry off my computer with the exception od DM. I then re-downloaded .114, then 3.5 and it worked like a charm. Crackman you da man.

Ok, I also uninstalled everything Blackberry and started over again. It looks like it worked this time. My about says v4.7.0.122 platform 4.0.0.153. Is that correct?

Need a little help here, can't tell what version I have of the 3.5 Hybrid.

V4.7.0.114 (Platform 4.0.0.143)

What does your platform version read?

That is not correct v4.7.0.0.122 (Platform 4.0.0.153 should be displayed on your about screen.

If Verizon isn't your carrier the device will not update properly.
