How to bypass "US only" music apps

Hey guys,
Is there a way to bypass the U.S. only specifactions of music apps like Pandora or Slacker? or better yet, are there any music apps that work for folks living outside of the US?

I live in Jamaica but would love to be able to listen to streaming music on my Storm at work...

have you tryed other apps there are a few i have had some work and im in uk but i cant remember which .
