Visual voicemail help!
I'm having trouble setting up my visual voicemail with .328.
I have it downloaded and installed on my phone. I go to it and it asks me to put my PIN in. I do it, but a message comes up saying that my mailbox is not set up for Visual Voicemail and I have to set permission access.
I have done that. I'm now subscribed to visual voicemail and it's told me to check back in 5 min. because my profile is being updated.
It's been 2 days now and I'm still having the same message.
I've called customer service and they are also having trouble helping me. They've even opened up a "ticket" to see if the network ppl can help. I haven't heard from them since Monday night.
I'm in need of help.
You will have to call carrier CS again probably since that seems to be a problem related with the account instead of the application
