Finally!!! I loaded the 3.5 3 times this weekend and the first 2 would work fine until I did the battery pull, then they bricked! I guess the 3rd time is the charm, it has worked perfectly since then!!! Thanks BBC!

Ok crew, I had to wait until I got back to work but I am on-board with the new Hybrid.
I went from .114 to .122 with v3.5 Hybrid and it's working great. :beerchug:
I will post my findings after more experience.

I've had 3.5 for a couple of days now and it seems to be all good. My memory fluctuates some but seems to come back up with some usage. I'll start in the low 50's and go to the low 40's. It will then go back up to high 40's and sometimes all the way to where it started. I'm still looking at the battery usage. I thinks it is about the same as i've had with other hybrids but I want to try something I read here or CB about letting it run dry and then recharging. As far as performance, everything seems quick and responsive. Camera seems to work like it should and overall I've been happy with this one. I don't even know where you could go from here.
Anyway, thanks to everyone involved on the site here. Anytime I've had a question, it's been quickly answered and that's some great customer support.

I agree with everything Brian states. This V3.5 is by far the best OS available to date. I am not meaning this in a bad way, so please do not interpret this review in that way.:newbie: I appreciate all these hybrids to try. It makes for a fun day when we get to try different ways to make the Storm better.

I has no calendar on my BES through lyricidal's 5.0 Hybrid (I am pretty sure from a calendar .cod file that was missing), and the accelerometer was slower. The .122 Hybrid by bmerdinian worked well, but the .122 files slowed my phone down. I have to say the other huge help was "Shrink A OS" by lyricidal. I have used this to take off VAD, IM's, VCast, Default Backgrounds, TTL and Voice Recorder. So far so good and stable. Oh yeah and blazing fast browser and the whole phone operates much better.
Thank you all!

Hi Neo. Back to reality. My large keyboard is gone. Had installed captureit and then took it off and did a reboot and now the keyboard is normal size but at least the radio is stable. Browser & camera are fast and the memory is holding at 37MB.
