    You may have a corrupt service book.

    Go to your. Options/advanced options/ service books and delete all instances of that email account.
    Then go to set up/email set up and delete that account. Do a battery pull and leave out for 60second and reinstall.
    Now how back to set up/ email settings abd recreate that addess.

    in process, thanks BBC. Also I get the media card inserted everytime I do a batt pull, any idea there? Setting up the email now so should have an answer in a few if it worked.

    You will get notification on start up. That is normal, like evettime you hook up to the PC you get notified

    ah ha ok just wondered. I was able to send out an email but now waiting to receive one and it is taking quite sometime.

    Hi and Happy Easter. I finally got the 3.5 loaded after upgrading from .75 to .113. I had previously loaded eash of the hybrids prior to going back to .75. I am on verizon and my signal is not to cool. I am seeing olot of 1X and occasionally 1XEV. I made a call yesterday to the campground office and they could not hear me well. My Wife is on Alltel and she has all her bars, any thoughts? We are not at home where I generaly have good connection but at a campground where we have camped for four years without any signal issues.

    ok BBC after going through the process you suggested, the email account in question sent a test email but will not receive one. I ran a diag test and it says I am connected to my other 2 email address' but it is not connected to the email in question. I am at a loss here and don't know where to go now.

    Not to bust just not a lot of access last couple of days. Try *228 option 1 then *228 option 2. This will update your phone.
