Thread: .328 app world deletes after reboot

one of our VP's upgraded to 328 and now app world deletes itself (really just the icon)everytime the phone is rebooted.

i have .328 on my storm and dont have this problem...

any ideas?

also, weatherbug wont work, even after re-downloading... any ideas before we do the old 'apploader.exe /resettofactory' ?

Same thing here... at least for the first 3 reboots. Then it stopped. Very strange indeed.

I had the same thing happen to me. As well as BBM icon disappeared and relocated itself in my downloads folder afer it was on my home page. WEIRD?!?!

yeah, i fixed it once by backing up the message store, removing the user from BES and using the command line...-> apploader.exe /resettofactory... adding them back into BES and restoring the message store...hoping to avoid it.
