    Too much info!

    Im sorry if this question upsets people and all they can say is, "use the search!"

    but is there a tutorial just a just bought storm, to get .122 os running?

    Easy Guide for .122

    use the above link. its very easy and if you need help we are here for help not to cry to people to search for stuff.

    The good thing about this site is you will never hear that from anyone. If it IS said, the mods will delete it. We're not here to tell you to use the search button we are here to help you, not bash you.

    ok, well i tried downloading an OS because i don't have a shared folder. So i installed it, and i still do not have a shared folder. any tips?

    Go to C drive/ Program files/ common files/ research in motion / the shared folder should be inside there.

    Could be your DM is corrupt. BBCM had a few with this issue. I think it was a windows xp service pack problem. Reinstalling DM fixed it.

    Sorry I didn't reply earlier, but i had to go to school. nbut I just reinstalled DM again, and i still didn;t get a shared folder..

    Any suggestions?

    I had the same problem when I started and i updated the DM with an update i got from BBcrackman and my shared folder appeared.

    No shared folder means no OS installed.

    Desktop Manager is not going to get the shared folder back because the shared folder is installed when you install an Operating System (like 114, 109, 75).

    So if that is clear, then what you can do next is go to the control panel,
    add/remove programs, and when it shows your programs installed you should see....



    So if you don't see device software (OS), then you need to install one to your PC.
