Thread: Are there any other sources for downloading 5.0.0.328?

I am at work. Megaupload and the Verizon update site are both blocked. Has anyone uploaded the file to their own domain? Or, is there any way to download the file through my blackberry browser, for later transfer to my PC?

Desktop Manager merely reports no updates available, btw. I am on .230 now.

Edit: the box.net link from the findings thread works from my blackberry browser, but I haven't been able to successfully download the entire file. Rapidshare and box.net are also blocked at work.

Can you download from rapidshare? right now I dont know of a link but I will look for one if you can

Thank you for the suggestion. No, I cannot. I would need a hosting location that SmartFilter wouldn't already know about. I will keep trying with my blackberry at box.net.

Yea I dont know where else to tell you. A file this size would take all day to download to your berry.. and not counting anything that would interrupt the process
