Thread: Cod, Jad, Ota....... for meterberry

Ever since upgrading to 5.0, I keeping getting an error msg every time I try to download Quicklaunch. Olta777 gave me a jad OTA link which works perfect. My problem now is I'm trying to download MeterBerry and getting the same error msg "Error: You have already downloaded this software. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance". Not even gonna waste my time with customer support because of 5.0. Is anyone else having this issue when downloading any app? Does anyone have a link for meterberry 1.5.8? Tried the JAD maker in BBSAK, but have no clue what I'm doing or if it's possible to make one from there.

Once you have the JAD made, copy the JAD and any COD files for the app to your media card. Then on your phone, browse to where you stored the JAD and click on it.

I followed your instructions and it would start to download, but when it gets almost to the end it would say download failed. 907 Invalid COD. Unable to import zip file. Do I need filescout or can I use the Files app on the phone?

Could be that COD files aren't compatible or something like that. Not really sure.

If i Go to mobihand site it shows meterberry 1.5.8 or whatever it was.
it is upgrade from my origina. you can send it to your phone from there.

I have no problem sending it to my phone. Every time I attempt to open the link, I get the error message. I have 15+ apps on my phone, Quicklaunch and MeterBerry are the only ones that give me this error message when downloading. I'm really trying not to install 4.7 on my phone just to get MeterBerry and then back it up, but it seems like that's what I have to do. Think I'm gonna send Olta777 a PM and see she can help me out.
