What? You think, could this be true? Well seems like it is! According to Crackberry, Verizon Wireless will be rolling this update out by Oct 25th. To me this makes perfect sense, upgrade the OS for the Storm 1 and make those unavailable to get Storm 2 with a fully functional Device.
Now why I think is true?, well just got an email talking about the upcoming official release of OS 5.0. stay tuned for more information.

And according to DonNguyen at CB it will be released at 7pm PT on Oct. 25th. This would be very exciting indeed.

but since i got my 9530 for a week, i found that i've updated os for more than 10 times....orz
is updating OS one of the wonderful reason to have BB other than iPhone? ^^!

That is one of the perks, you can always upgrade to something new and better.

Our pretty-much-reliable-for-the-most-part friend Patches has confirmed that this will release. He was pretty adamant that it wouldn't, because it wasn't showing on the infomanager page he had access to; but his VZW buddy forwarded him the email shortly after and he says it's legit, too.

Take this for what it's worth, but i'm pretty confident we will see .328 on Sunday
