I have downloaded this hybrid on my desktop, and I have no clue what to do next...............can someone assist me.

In order to install this hybrid you will first need to be running a base OS for 5.0.0.230 for your 9530. Once you have this OS installed on your phone you will want to make sure that you have all other OS's uninstalled from your computer.

Once your computer has no blackberry device software installed, run the installer for this hybrid. After it installs run AppLoader and install this hybrid over .230. If you need detailed instructions please see this thread:

Can I not back up everything on desktop manager? I Have .230 back on the phone. do I uuse the apploader from the desktop manager to install this hybrid?

Which hybrid is better, Lyricidal's 296 or 323?

Yes you will need to use apploader to load this hybrid once you ONLY have the hybrid device software installed on your PC, you can make a backup with desktop manager and you can backup your 3rd party applications with BBSAK.

296 is very good IMO. 323 seems to lack typing, but has greater internet speed and overall function. I would go with the 323.

It will come with shrink and OS so you can use that to load as well.

I've noticed an increase in typing speed as well as browser. Also the accelerometer responds quicker.
Memory is just about the same (although I've noticed that mine seems more stable).

I forgot to add memory stability to my description. I use memory to watch my MB and the stability is there depending on the programs that I run. I notice that UT eats up my MB a lot so I try to exit out of there as much as possible.

Yes on both questions, and in mine and allot of others running these hybrids opinions... these both out-class .328 (smoother operation, no white bar issues with themes, and a more stable memory).

How do you turn on the ghost keys?

i totally agree i have two themes installed patternlock and weatherbug along with bbm and bb app world and ive had between 40 45 mb all day long with battery holding strong this hybrid is the truth (icons update on weatherbug on home screen):1244:

Can anyone tell me if the 323 Hybrid can be installed over a .238 base? Cannot find the .230 exe. Also. Can I just...1. wipe my BB... 2.Install .238 on PC... 3. Run Hybrid exe... 4. Install updated OS to clean BB? Does .230 HAVE to be on my BB before applying hybrid? Cannot wait to try this. Thanx for the help

I installed the 323 hybrid last night. Voice dialing doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem? Did you fix it? If so... HOW?

There's a link floating around that has a different version of VVM that may correct your issue. I'm not having much luck tracking it down though.

and i took lyr's hybrid and loaded it over 323 and i love it better than 230 in my personal opinion
