    Just wandering if anyone else has issues w/VVM. I dont get an alert when I get a VM. I press the BB menu and click on the "Check New Messages" menu, I had 10 VMs come thru..Anyone else experience this w/.323?

    VVM is a 3rd party app. anything that is pushed by service books and not devolved by rim is a 3rd party app.

    Are you trying to install 323? If so, I do not recommend shrinking that. You need to uninstall all other Device Softwares from your PC. You can do that through control panel, add/remove programs. Then I would try installing the OS.

    I am so sorry.

    Ok, here are a few things for you:
    *with shrink, I have had issues with this OS and would encourage against shrinking.

    When you click on launch loader, and wait, what happens?

    If loader works from rim location, I would encourage using that one. You may have a bad copy of shrink. You can try uninstalling it, delete the original zip file, empty recycle bin, reboot pc, and then redownload shrink.
