Passkeeper missing data files after 9530 5.0.0.323 install

I downloaded the 9530 5.0.0.323 leak and backed up all files before installing. After restoring files to my Storm I noticed that the Passkeeper application was not installed. I performed another restore and this time selected the Passkeeper application from the list. Now the Passkeeper application is listed but all my passwords are missing. I performed another restore to no avail, my passwords are still missing from the Passkeeper application. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this database back on my Storm?

I would suggest doing an advanced restore thru dm. So, open dm, click back up/restore, click advanced. Dm will read phone and info will show up in right side box. Then on top left click on file and open the most recent back up that does have the passwords that you need. Select the specific restore from left side box, then click arrow to the right and it will load settings to the phone.

Anyone have an answer to this? When I say gone from the menue I mean form the home page. The option is still there in the Message & SMS screens.

It's weird. So how do you get into and clear the event log now? Used to be able to "hide all types" etc which sped up the accelerometer.

You can do it through BBsak. Click read event log-->clear event log.

well actually hiding all types only hid them.. they were still there taking up memory. just like when people would shrink the viewer out thinking they got rid of it, all it did was make it so you cant see it. with out meterberry I dont know how. I have been playing around all morning trying to find a way to no avail.

Thanks JN. Don't kill yourself with this as it's not a big deal. So far after 15 hrs .323 is working great. No issues and very happy that the annoying "auto text complete" is gone.:cool2:

the only way to send to a bbm contact in this os as well as some other os 5.0's is to go through bbmaps and send location via email, sms, bbm whatever method you would like. just cant do it actually in bbm but works just fine doing it through maps and sending to a bbm contact

Success! I have my precious passwords back. I would have been lost without them. Thank you very much. I'm still a newbee at this so it's great to have someone like yourself available.

    Thanks Again!
