Thread: Threaded SMS text messages full 5.0.0.230

I've searched all 10 or so of the findings threads for 5.0.0.230 both full and not full versions and can't find anything on this but It's a pain in the rear end! In the threaded sms text messages come up blank. anyone else having this issue or know a workaround?

When I look in my message list I can see a small part of the text message with the senders name, when I click on the message to bring up the threaded screen its blank. It only happens to some messages. If I have a whole convo in the threaded view I can see all but 1, but if I get two messages in a row I cant see 1 of them from the message list view.

Anyone else getting this?

I had that happen, I believe it was because the person texting me had a odd signature causing the whole text to show up blank

I've had it happen but only when I left that particular message open but closed sms. I now make it a habit to close each message and then close the sms app.

Not same thing, I'm getting 95% of the conv then out of nowhere I get a blank one then next ones will come through again...I have to have the person resend the text bc I cant read it in the sms threaded view

I think it is the same thing, It wouldn't happen everytime, it was weird. I think the above poster was onto something about closing messages or the sms app.
