What's the advantage of turning "Support Java Script" off. I figured that you would want this on.

this phone if a JAva pops up like for example if you have a private message from bbos.com it will tell you that you have a private message. But the page will not open. So it's worthless. If you need JAVA it will warn you since the support is checked. So you are better checked off with that since it will slow your BB

Ok. Got it. That makes a little more sense now.

Also, This is kind of off topic, but what are the file names for the oem wall papers. i'd like to clear them off the phone, but i'm assuming that you have to do it under the java folder correct?

I am wondering if what I did will cause any problems. I installed .113 onto the PC. Then I opened the .122 java folder and copied the files inside the folder and pasted them into the .113 java folder, instead of copying & pasting the entire folder. I thought I read about that somewhere on this thread, but I can't seem to find it again. I also copied and pasted the v3 CDMA folder onto .113 CDMA folder. I didn't brick the phone and it seems to work fine. The about screen reads v .122 on the .144 Platform.

Just curious if I'm going to have to re-do the install since I didn't replace the entire java folder. Thanks...

if u wanna do it manually install BBscoutfile then go to system/sample/pictures/ Delete whatever there is inside. If you want to do it automatically go to the first page of this thread and follow the instructions for removing them
