Since we did not get the full version of .122 (there were many java files missing) I wanted to use the most stable OS as the base for using .122 with. In the last 24 hours my memory has gone from 47mb to 45mb. Battery is still at 60%
So what i understand it that you installed .113 then you only pasted the JAVAfiles from the .122 IN TO THE JAVA foldrs?

I don't think it is possible for people who own Winmo phones to possibly have this much fun. I still find it unbelievable that these two files actually make our BBs work. It is amazing. Now up and running version .122 PL .144 and the Storm is running well.

    Thanks guys.

That was my theory, using .113 as a base os since it is stable. I then used the .122 Java AND .122 CDMA. Is this what you did, or did you use the .113 (or .114v3, as many like to call it) CDMA? Just curious. Mine's working fine, going down a little, then actually recovering memory & going back up. Although, I've only been running about 8-9 hours. Batt life is definitely better, I'd even say doubled almost!

This is just between you and me and the rest of the 2500 members here. I don't recommend doing this unless you know what you are doing. Sorry for the disclaimer.

I installed 113 on the PC, copied over 122 java and then copied over the sfi from .90

For some reason I was one of the lucky few who never had the reboot issue with .90. Maybe it's because I always do a JL wipe before installing anything to clean out the gunk. If I had reboot issues I would either use the sfi from 113 or 122. Would have to play with each to see which worked better.

So from everyone's experiences in here, sounds like the magical combination is .113 base os, with .122 Java, and whatever sfi (or CDMA file) works for you! ...until someone figures out that third ingredient to this intoxicating cocktail. lol
