I have seen the same. I am asking a few people to tell me what files did not get replaced, here are the ones so far, but I have a feeling there are more:

the one thing i want that i havnt seen since .75 is the god damn vibrate when you hold the mute button when screen is locked...i hate having to go in and switch the profile all the time. and so far pretty snappy and 0 reboots for me so far in the past 2 hours

1. Unzip the file.

2. Make sure you have an os installed to your PC

3. Copy the folders CDMA & JAVA

4. Paste into the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9530-v4.7.0.114_P4.0.0.143 (see below)

5. Choose yes when it asks you if you want to replace it.

ok then do what neo just said and make sure you hit replace when it you paste it

those are just langauge files guys, chinese, taiwan, GBs = UK english files (not required) so the stuff not there is not a major deal (i've also run v3 hybrid without them as well and it was fine)

since my first post in this thread, i've had no more random reboots
seems to still have mem leak, seen the memory drop 2-3mb or so sitting in the cradle

OK back and all working, cant believe i didnt have an os loaded on my home computer,
first thing i noticed the camera is slower and the picture count is back down to 200 from 1000
mms back to green box on attachment of pic that was sent to me.
Clock rotating more than .114
I'll give it a day or so till bbcrackman updates it
or go back to .114v3 hopefully a .122v1 (wink) (wink)

and lock and unlock faster but accelerometer not as spiffy

Go to your loader file in C:/program files/common files/research in motion/ shared/loader/your os youre runnng/ place java here and cdma here

then back to apploader and use loader.exe

sweet app error 523 bricked phone yet again. i did this the same as i have always done it and now its a brick damn it. i shrunk the java down to get rid of the useless crap i dont use and screwed. i made sure to move the net_rim_tid_basicfasteuropean and net_rim_tid_fasteuropean files so it wouldnt brick and it did. now im confused as to what to do.

When you copy the folders to that folder stated its going to ask you to copy all....say yes and recopy it over is what he is saying.
