Phone is very responsive, Browser is much quicker, everything seems faster and my version in about me states 4.7.0.122. Have had no problems so far, memory is at 42.1. Another beautiful thing is now fixed that I have not seen fixed since original .75 is in Manage Connections and Network Option the Network Selection Mode now stays at Home Only if selected and does not randomly switch back to Automatic. This guarantees that the phone stays securely connected to Verizon's Network only and not wasting battery and interrupted Radio Signal unnecessarily searching. I'm actually surprised no one has ever mentioned that loss since .75. None the less it's once again fixed in .122. been waiting for that. And by the way the MMS forward also works. 122 is running GREAT!

also agree with all these findings. though my memory is a bit lower, due to tons of 3rd party apps. .122 is definately an improvement over V3 IMO. I will be working on a .152/.122 hybrid and will post if it works good.

An exe is a full install, whereas with the copy/paste technique you will likely have leftover bits of whatever OS your copying over. especially since there was only about 300 java files in the rar.
If anyone has the full exe install for .122 id really like a link, thanks

i started at around 54.5MB of memory and currently am down to 48.7MB. v3 seemed to be a little better with memory management but no complaints from me. anything in the 40s is kick a$$ to me and ive learned not to worry about memory till it gets low.

overall i think .122 and v3 are equals IMHO.

I wish I could share the same memory numbers as everyone else here, but sadly I am running epocrates on my phone (required to have a drug program for school) and it is killing my memory. After finishing the install and using quickpull I am sitting at 31. Still the highest I have seen it so far, but not the numbers I am seeing everyone else post.

my apps are: app world, flight path, fmylife, iheartradio, light saber, quick pull, red sox mobile shortcut, screen lock, shazam, shotgun, stormtazer, vibandring, and weatherbug and once rebooted i start with 54.5MB of available memory. like i said .122 doesnt seem to hold/recover as well as .114 v3 did but 48MB is nothing to complain about.

Installed .122 (pasting the .122 CDMA and JAVA folders into the .113 folder) a couple of hours ago and camera seems even quicker, video no noticeable difference and no crash (so far), at least as fast as .114 v3, little more start up app memory (43.8 now versus around 41.2 under .113 and .114 v3), accelerometer about the same as .113 and .114 v3. Will wait and see how battery and app memory perform and update later if anything significant.
Okay, been running .122 about 9 hours now. Browser definitely seems fastest of all the versions I have tried. Phone also seems to to run faster overall, also, from .113 and .114 v3. Battery now at 80%, app memory at 36.1. I am done for the night, need my beauty sleep. Will check battery and app memory and update again in morning if anything significant.

I upgaded from .75 to .122 by overwriting the entire CDMA and JAVA folders used in .114 with the folders from .122. Upgrade took quite a bit longer than I anticipated and I thought I bricked it. Fortunately I showed enough self control to not touch it.

Been running .122 for a good 10 hours now and here's what I found:

Camera shutter is quick just like my Canon SD790. Nice.
Full QWERTY in portrait mode with no issues. Word.
Reboot is about 25% faster than before. Where the white women at?
App memory jumped about 8MB (28.5 to 36.7). Meh.
Browser is quicker on most web pages. Since Opera Mini and Bolt suck on the Storm, I'll take what I can get.
Portrait to landscape has no more lag. I wish it was more fluid than just a quick re-orientation.
No problems with MMS like others have been reporting. Oh God, this coffee is ice cold.

Just realized that the cursor in the BB browser is 1,000% better than before.

That is all. I'm off to the beach to do a little surf fishing for stripers. Peace.
