I am running the diagnostic test right now, and it keeps locking up. I get the following:
Signal Level: -86dBm
Radio Access: Edge
Network: AT&T
IP Address 0.0.0.0 (doesn't sound good).
I deleted the BB software off of my computer several times, and re-installed it. I did NUMEROUS battery pulls, but to no avail.
It just simply seems that I am not connecting to the radio, no matter what I try (yes it is on). I also do NOT see the "reconcile" option in email.
Can someone please help?
