*a little off topic here*
WOOT!!!
Just realized I hit the hundredth post mark!!!
Cool beans!!:banana::dance::banana:
OMG, if I had a delay of 7-10 seconds from any screen to any screen I think my phone would be introduced to my wall.
My transitions are almost instant. And I am not exaggerating. Olta, delete your themes, all of them. Then run the stock theme after a battery pull. Also, make sure that you aren't running any extra programs in your task manager. Of course if you don't want to to, then I understand too.
7-10 seconds is completely unacceptable in .230 and honestly probably would have been unacceptable running .65 as well.
Let me know what happens...
Yeah, Josh is right, speed of transitions won't change with java files, the TYPE of transitions is controlled by java files, but not the speed at which they are executed...

All I can say is "WOW", about this build!
I can definitely notice that .238 is a tad bit faster than .230... but then again, its way too early to tell (only done two battery pulls... I'll give it a good 48hrs. to make a final judgment).![]()
O.K., so I spoke too soon.
It would seem that I'm having the browser issues that had with .230
Going to try Opera Mini 5 beta and see if that helps.

Hello everyone. I installed the 2nd option with the CDMA and Java at about 9am and I am loving the .238. I had Bbcrackman's .230 hybrid and then full .230 before this.
I DO see some improvements. First, my battery life seems much longer. Second, I see much less color banding (I am using SoCalMiles Zen theme). Third, The accelerometer is lightening fast. Fourth, the overall speed off my Storm 9530 with Verizon is faster. Fifth, I didn't think it was possible but the browser is faster. Sixth, I seem to hold "3G" much better and zero dropped calls today (I usually get one or two on a certain road by my house). Lastly, it seems less buggy than my previous versions. I suggest you give it a try. I'm really enjoying it. Thank you everyone who got this on BBOS! Once again it made my BlackBerry Awesome! Again

Yes. I downloaded the .238 second option. Then I deleted all the contents of the 5.0.0.230 loader file. Then unzipped the .238 and copied all files (CDMA and Java) and pasted them into the already installed .230 loader file. I then shrunk it using lyricidal "Shrink a OS". Then plugged my Storm in and ran App loader. It installed flawlessly and I was up and running within an hour. Does this help? I am here to answer any questions. I may be slow to answer because Kimbo fights at around 7pm!Originally Posted by Striker951

I'm missing my music player after loading this hybrid. Any ideas?
