Have a problem. I have upgraded OS a couple of times and it went very smooth but after upgrading to .109 when I went to compose a email I kept getting "no message services configured.You will be redirected to the Setup Wizard to set up email acct." My email acct is already set up and I still receive email I just cant send any. Any advise Please help

how do u fix the color issue with .109. also dont know if anyone noticed but u cant hide photos in .109 just goes back to home screen. also memory leak is much worse. thinking about going back to .86 havent noticed any real improvements from .86 to .109 so thinking of just sticking with .86 unless someone can help.

hiding is a problem for me too
memory leak is known in 109 for some
if you have major issues with 109, 103 is said to be a good alternative

Thanks tried it now pics don't save at all dosent even prompt just snaps and goes back to pic taking screen. Trying bat pull. If this dosent help how do I down grade from .109 back 2 .86

Just running strait 109 with that key board file installed just isn't as stable as .86 I was happy with that this has froze a few time cam color is crap and I just don't like it can I get .86 back?

No I've never rolled it back I tried and when it install it just said updates avalible and I clicked next I tried to uninstall the .109 softwear and reinstall the .86 on my pc but it just reconizes the phone checks for updates and then just sits there never gives the option to install or roll back.

did you uninstall or reinstall these os's through the control panel on your pc?
those need to be accomplished before you go through the DM

Ok, I will help you with it.
1st you need to go to Start> Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs> highlight the Blackberry Device software> Click More Information (it will be in the highlighted area just below the software name)> Once you have .109 highlighted click remove, this will uninstall your .109 software.
Once that is complete install the .86 software. When this has completed installing it will ask you if you want to start the DM, NO, and exit.
Once you have completed this come back and we will go to the next step.

Ok did that I did it through controol panel .86 is installed now what?

Make a back up!
Go to Cprogram files> common files> research in motion> apploader and delete the vendor.xml file. After you are done, in the same folder you will see Loader.EXE double click that and it will open the loader program. You will want to read what it says but in summary you want to replace the current software with an older version. Check that and hit next. just follow the prompts
