it didnt come on mine either.. you may not have it installed, and you would have to look through vzw apps to get it.. it costs 1.99 a month and all it does is tell you the city the call is from

Just installed the full .230 version from the hybrid .230. Everything works awesome! The only thing I have noticed is that my signal has dropped some, but even if the signal bar has nothing on it, I can still make/receive a call and hear/be heard clearly.

So i figured out the problem with the calendar. the docviewer.alx was not included in the exe. i added it from 191. and it loaded the 230 cods.

Now on to bbm 5.0: i cannot get it to show up on my home screen. i read an earlier post that said it works with this build. anyone know ????

BBM 5.0 is NOT compatible with any os over 5.0.0.15x at this time.. it will not be until there is a new leak.

This release is not ready for prime time, IMO.

Dimming/brightening, speed dial re-saving, "mad" icon jumping (icons would highlight and dance for no reason whatsoever, like it was possessed), more frequent battery pulls than prior to upgrading.

Yes, the memory leaks almost stopped; yes, flick-scrolling is fun for maybe an hour then it wears real fast real thin.

In the meantime, I need to get business done.

Going back to the last official stable OS. I'll download/install 5.0 when Verizon deems it ready.

Battery life is fantastic 13 hours off charge batter still at 80%. Signal strength is great also, use to get 1 or 2 bars in my house now full strength. at work no signal to 2 to 3 bars. Cant adjust volume on the music player all of the time. either real loud or real soft. may also have problem talking on bluetooth headset. other wise this build is great

.191/.230H is ya best bet IMO BBM4.7 works Gr8..wish I ha BBM5 but oh well.. No memory leak, a lot of 3rd party apps work, battery life is amazing..IMO its the best one out there..every device is different..you just need to find which OS work best for your device..I've been through all the leaks and I found that my storm likes .191/.230H the best..Good luck though and Be sure to wipe using BBSAK..:laugh2::laugh2::laugh2::laugh2:

open up "shrink an OS" and click on put back. Then reselect the objects you do not wish to have on your phone. You may have shrunk out all of your ringtones by mistake. You can also wipe and reload the whole OS.
