    Memory Issues with 5.0.0.230?

Anyone else having low free app memory on .230? I've been quite pleased since I finally upgraded from .151, but my memory numbers are some of the lowest I've had in a while....booting up at 30 mb and drops into mid to low 20's by the end of the day....I was booting up at 40 mb and staying in the mid 30's on .151 on average..

I thought I had heard that the new 5.0 OS's were providing better free memory, but not getting that with the latest leak....my Storm definitely starts to lag when the numbers drop....even w/o Meterberry I can tell when the memory starts to drop....

For me .230 is even better than .191 for memory. Even themes aren't leaking. Something must be up with an application or perhaps a corrupt data file

I'm in the 40's if I don't use Opera Mini 5 beta. That thing is very buggy and so I expect it to use up memory.

I lose about 20mb a day using stock theme and running no apps in the background. But I can live with it as long as the phone keeps on doing its thing.

I start off with 36MB at the beginning of the day, and at day's end, I'm holding around 15MB. I'm not running much in the way of apps or themes.

I guess it's just the nature of OS .230.

Sorry you're having problems with memory C6. 230 has been solid as a rock for me. I might suggest that you start with just a base OS and add your 3rd party programs one at a time with some testing time inbetween loads. This would allow you to find the program that is probably your memory issue.

If you have everything already loaded (most probable), then maybe just the reverse, delete one program at a time to see if your memory improves.

I know it's a pain, but I don't believe your problem is 230. My personal experience and the reports from others indicate it is a very good build for memory.

    Hope you find the problem.

My memory has been really good with this build, just wish there was more of it. Are any of you running the app world or may be have Quincy still installed? I had to delete the app world as it was causing a leak.
