Okay, I start Desktop Manager I am using 500_b028, I go to Backup Restore, and then click on Advanced, I answer yes to the mass storage question, then I click on File in the left column and I find my backup file and click on it. After it loads I hold down the control key and click on address book all; calendar all; I think if you want your emails you should click on Messages. Then click the double arrow head in the center and the data should transfer to your phone, I would do a fresh download of all 3rd party apps and not use backups to restore your settings, do it over again fresh.

I've seen lots of people here praising threaded messaging but I for one hate it and don't see what the fuss is all about or maybe I just don't understand it.
I receive lots of Facebook and Twitter updates to my SMS box daily, in 188.8.131.52 I would receive each update as a single message, now in 184.108.40.206 when I receive an update and open the message, all my Facebook and Twitter updates are there and I have to search for the update I'm looking for. Also, if I delete one the update messages, it deletes several other messages at the same time. This is very frustrating and time consuming.
Question: Is there a way to revert back to the "old", I guess it's called "Flat" message format in 220.127.116.11 instead of the new "threaded" messaging in 18.104.22.168?
Thanks in advance.

Very loud. My normal is the same as the 4.7 loud setting.

My Smrtguard is working flawless. I've not had any issues with it at all. Not sure what issues you might be having.
