Has anyone went from the original .230 to the "new" .230 that was leaked today?
Notice any difference?
To the people having trouble with MMS... do you get a pop up giving you the option to change the size of the picture or send the original size? I've heard that if you try to send to carriers other than Verizon then you have to select a size other than the original size for it to work (small, medium, or large).
edit: WOOHOO! POST #300 here on !!! (sorry, just noticed that )

I've d/l the os but not yet installed it on my phone. Am waiting to read if there is (are) any differences from the Hybrid .230! too much work in setting up my phone to reload another software for no reason! Am sure a lot people feel this way ..But then again, there are more curious out there than me..so I'll wait and see..Thank god
I think I'm going to have to abort 5.0. The benefits are a faster browser and more free memory, however Ubbertwitter acts weird, BerryBuzz, while installed, doesn't seem to be doing anything and I can't get the setup options area to show any options, and I can't get App World operational. Oh, and PatternLock, while working, doesn't launch except when the unit is holstered (and is set to launch on screen dim).
Thus far, it's reminding me of a '70s-era Jag...gorgeous to look at and drive, but you need a mechanic in the trunk.
Don't know about UT but for BB, you need to download the newest beta for it to work with any 5.0 OS's... it's available on Bellshare's forums.
Ok, as far as I can tell, mind you its only been like 10 minutes...but there's really no difference between this and the original .230 leak. The only thing that I noticed as of yet, is the volume with the original sounded like it was going to blow my speaker out - very loud. This one seems to be a little less loud, which is a good thing. Other than that, the few minutes I've had with it - didn't notice anything else different. Threaded SMS, Flickscrolling, etc. all seem the same.
