I am in agreement if someone could give the link to download the .cod files for the voice dial it would be easy.

Has anyone had any luck with Vlingo? I truly enjoy that app, but have had no success in getting it to work. I have installed ver. 3.1. If someone has Vlingo working, let me know how you did it please as this application is much better than the blackberry voice dialer, but I will settle for that if I have to.

well I'm with gordtm first 5.0 os that I've also loaded and I must say it is breath taking...lol running very good, I did shrink it knowing that I may have to re-load, but so far so good.....I have accelerometer, quick launch, weather eye and my theme is plazmic official BBOSv2 still playing.......

I followed directions and I'm having the same problem I had with .191. Every 5 minutes or so it will reset itself :aargh4:. I won't even us it during the five minutes and it still does it so I'm not associating the resets to any particular action or app. Any Ideas?

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. My suggestion, unfortunately, would be to do a wipe, and reinstall the OS. Sounds like something may have got messed up during the installation as I have been running this OS for almost a week with no reboots.

Could it have something to do with reloading my old data as a part of the install? And when you suggest wipe that's with BBSAK, right?

Here is what I did, wipe my phone with BBSAK. Downloaded 191 to my PC then ran the 230 installer over 191. removed RIM internal apps, removed vendor.xml files and loaded the OS using loader.exe

I actually don't do a wipe. All occasions except with this and .191 no problems. I did wipe with .191 though.

I did everything as you did except the wipe so I'll give that a try and see how it goes.

back everything up and do a clean wipe. restore and try that. I noticed before when I just did installs over hybrids and other OS I ran into alot of issues. Try that and you should be good and let us know how it goes.

It's not a "Full" version, all they did was remove the .191 Storm files and replace them with .230 Tour files so that when you look in the Modules you don't see any .191 files. It is also for lack of better words a Hybrid of sort, not a full leak from RIM as of this time a full complete OS 230 leak does not exist. Try it at your own discretion I have heard good and I have heard not so good, each device will react in it's own way.

Just reloaded. However, problem still exists. I'm going to do a series of battery pulls and pray to RIM. I don't think it will help though. It must be my phone.

Try redownloading 191 and 230 over again maybe the download is corupt I dont know. Also are you shrinking it or no?

Not shrinking. I'll try the redownload of 191 and see if that works. If not, I'll redownload 230 and see if that works. If not, I'm going back to bbcm 8.5. Poor me! My phone has no love for the 5.0 OS.
