What did you shrink out of it?

Could you maybe post a list of what files you removed, just so people that havent used your hybrids (which i have) will know ?

Everything on the shrink an OS list except:

english language files
sim capabilities
VAD
voice notes
bbm
password keeper
attachment service
bb maps
s-mime

also removed:
global fonts
root certificates

Thanks O for you post. I was waiting to install 230 because of all the install problems. When I saw your post I downloaded and installed. Wiped, installed about 5 minutes then took about 10 minutes to boot. I have not had any reboots. Slacker works perfect, no problems playing media off my SD cards. Been running since you posted it on the 18.
