Yea, Sorry I saw that in your last post after I posted. I ended up getting Crackutil to work (which has a wipe option) this way. Im on vista 32, but it might work for youQuote:

Delete the ?Intellisync? folder
Reconnect RIM device and complete a synchronize
Note: To enable all hidden files and folders open Windows Explorer and click Tools > Folder Options > View > Click ?Show Hidden Files and Folders?.
My path was C:\Users\Shane\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Delete the Itellisync folder

Click on on the Organize Tab and select Folder and search Options.

Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
Now close out of all of that.
Next plug in your phone and Right click on the Crackutil shortcut on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator"
This is how I got mine to work. Let me know if it helps.
i keep getting the error password in correct or phone not connected. The phone is connected because my DM syncs with it and I don't use a password. What is wrong now.
Make sure all BB desktop process's are closed before you open Crackutil... I got the same errors, but the above steps corrected that issue.Quote:

There could be a driver issue. Have you updated through windows update lately. There is a chance something is not current.

Make sure you have the most recent Microsoft .NET framework installed on your computer for BBSAK to work. This is available via Windows Update, but because it is an optional update, you'll need to select to view all available updates and then manually select the update.
Now then, with JL_CMDER, the catch with 64-bit Vista computers is that you have to download the non-installer version. You can download this to any folder on your computer (including the desktop), extract the folder, then substitute the Choice file as directed in the previous post with the link to JL_CMDER on Vista 64-bit. Under no circumstances do you want to be downloading the installer version. It won't work.
Once you have JL_CMDER properly downloaded and extracted double-click the JL_CMDER Windows Command Script file (not Javaloader.exe - that won't work). You'll then be prompted with a security warning - click Run and you should be good to go.
This should work, but you need to follow the steps exactly or it won't. The absolute most important things are to download the non-installer version of JL_CMDER and the 32-bit Choice.exe file that is compatible with 64-bit Vista.
you really should be using BBSAK instead of JL Commander!
