one thing I am noticing right now is the Memory has dropped to like 28. With the previous .99 for me it never went below 35, just wondering if it is nothing to worry about or did I do something wrong.
ok disregard last transmisson. LOL it is climbing back up so it looks ok to me.

hay why do my os say 114 143 when im extracting it

143 is the folder, once you are all done with the device it will say 144

well its not im downloading dm 4.5 and i deleted all other os
also i dont have no apps all my downloads are gone adn even bb messenger how can i get those back and games

if you backed them up then you get them through the DM.
if they were not backed up, then you will need to reaquire them.

first time to this can anyone help me out I'm trying to upload to the 114 hybrid and i ran into a problem when i click 4.7.0.114 aplications program on my windows vista desktop... the program starts up then tells me.........
''error reading initialization setup''
OK this program is the 1st step to getting 114 on my phone but it wont open so i can continue, keep in mind I have windows vista I'm hoping that's not the problem second i thought the file was corrupted so i went to the site and downloaded it again to my desktop again... and it gave me the same message
soooo what could it be I'm completely lost but i really wanna try out this version cuz i sick of 75 it really sucks

Guys...I installed 114, but I never saw an option to downgrade. My ver shows 114 143

check out the first picture in the first post here, it doesn't say downgrade specifically, but that is what you end up doing.
