If you're asking what can you use to extract the rar file, the answer is Winrar.

    Shrink-A-OS

hey guys, So i found this on a site, that a lot of people have been using.
I guess the title says it all.
I havent used it yet...so use at your own risk.

    ---------------------------------------------
Shrink-A-OS V1.3.1: Brought to you by lyricidal
    ---------------------------------------------
Any OS required. Place this file into Java folder.
It can shrink your install to about 26MB/290 files. A *
indicates that it is not included in "Do It All!" option.
Multiple choices must be seperated by a "," - no spaces
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    ---------------------------------------------------------
1 Remove All Languages Except English
2 Remove All Instant Messaging Apps (Except BBM) [No longer includes Facebook/Flickr]
3 Remove Un-needed Files - VZNavigator, Vodafone Music App, Help Files, Setup Wizard, Event Log Viewer, and 9500 Ringtones (~You should still have default ringtones though. I have tested and checked.~)
4 *Remove Games (Word Mole and Brickbreaker)
    5 *Remove DocsToGo
    6 Remove AIM
    7 Remove MSN
    8 Remove Google Talk
    9 Remove ICQ
    10 Remove Facebook
    11 Remove Flickr
    12 Remove Yahoo Messnger
13 Remove Password Keeper and Wizard
14 *Remove Voice Activated Dialing and TTY
15 *Remove OTA Upgrade (Not being used currently)
    16 *Remove Voice Notes Recorder
17 Remove the *'s (Games, DocsToGo, VAD and OTA Upgrade)
    18 Do It All!
19 **Remove Default Font (Will slim down your font thickness)
    20 **Remove UK English Language
    21 Launch Loader.exe to update
    Type 0 to exit

    Type 0 to exit

Multiple choices must be seperated by a ","For example: 1,2

**ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ABOVE STEPS*
Run Loader.exe (My preferred) or Desktop Manager and Update your berry!

*All files removed will go into your Java\RemovedFiles*
Do not delete the "RemovedFiles" folder until you are sure that you have deleted everything you want to remove.

Option 21 will only work if ShrinkIt.bat is in your Java folder within your OS install folder.

You can always download the latest at:
    http://www.theiexplorers.com/bb/Shrink-A-OS.rar

    Update Log:
V1.3.2 - Added removal for UK English files, freeing up an additional ~1.6mb in the Java folder
V1.3.1 - Changed Voice Activated Dialing to an *exclude as per some requests, also added it to the remove all *'s option, reordered list
V1.3 - Fixed error people were having with some files not being moved. Should work all around better now! Added option 19 and task msgs
V1.2 - Default font, added event log viewer to 3rd removal option, minor fixes
V1.1 - Split up options into individual choices, minor fixes

*Using Do it all option (And the * option) should shrink it down to about 285 files/25mb*
