OS: 9630--5.0.0.643
Are you selecting the correct folder. I have run into shrink issues before, but then realized I had not selected the appropriate folder that needed to be shrunk.

yea the other day i was selecting the java folder instead of the os folder, couldnt figure out why it was showing 0 bytes until i READ! lol it works. i also had v4.0 of shrink, it shows 3.6 as being the latest in the OP so you may try a new version.
Just wanted to confirm that shrink os doesnt totaly work with .238? I tried to delete the ring tones and thumb nails and it didnt work or did I do it wrong. I installed os, wiped phone and then re installed the os.

Hi... I have a problem... I'm trying to swap only my file radio in my Stom with 5.0.0.328. I did the correct way... Install shrink a OS in OS folder (not java or cmda). Run the app and select the radio file but when I clik on SWAP the message "downloading 5.0.0.140 OS to be swapped" still in the message bar. No finish message... what can I do? I try installing shrink a OS in other folder and browsing OS folder but I have the same thing.
Of course, I have windows XP and yes, I have the OS installed in my pc
My Java file shows OS 5.0.0.191 on my PC but I am running 5.0.0.328 on my Storm. where do I find .328?
If you haven't installed on your PC, you could use this one from our DL section:
BlackBerry® Software Updates
It's from Verizon, so if this is not your carrier, search for vendor.xml on your PC and delete it.
Are you still after this? If so, install this
http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/d...id=92&act=down
on your PC and copy only the CDMA folder of it over your original OS installation.
That should do the trick.
I am running DM 5.0.1. Don't know why 5.0.0.328 is not showing up in my RIM Java folder
I'm downloading it now from Verizon. There will be one in a few minutes. Thanks for reply/help
