well i used the previous one till last night that i got the latest one

yeah i have used it before successfully, but not this new version though, tried to find the old shirnk to uninstall and i cant find nothing

Lyricidal just responded and he is not aware of any issue but will check on it and let me know. So if you can hold on for a little bit it may be an issue on his side.

hm, the file is there and Shrink-A-OS is pointing to the right link
not sure what the issue is
but nonetheless:

rename it to rim0x06001404OMADRM.sfi and put it in your CDMA folder
(change .164 to .167 to download that, etc.)

also, you probably did these already (if so disregard) BUT, make sure firewall is set to allow shrink to download and try running the .exe as Admin aswell - usually fixes most peoples issue

hey lyricidal bro, problem is i have a 9530 but the best way for me to keep my steady EDGE is using the radio file from 9500, so what should i do to get only the radio file?

sadly, you can't use the .164/.167 (or any) radio from 9500 on the 9530
I thought you had a 9500
the highest radio you can go with right now is .151 for 9530
.90 has been known to be good for signal for your carrier, but it has other stability issues as well (and isn't compatible with this hybrid)
If you really need the .90 radio, I would suggest OOAK's hybrid 7.95c which comes with it already in it

bro ive been using the .151 radio from 9500 and the phone works great and have EDGE all the time, just wanted to test the last radi file from the leak and see how it works. how come i cant use it, if ive been using it for about 3 weeks :S

you must be using the .151 from 9530 then, check the folder you have the radio file in - if the filename is rim0x06001404OMADRM.sfi its 9500
if its rim0x04001404.sfi its 9530
if you have both, chances are only the rim0x04001404.sfi got loaded

rim0x06001404OMADRM.sfi thats the one i have
im in venezuela using gsm from movistart and since i found out i could use the radio file from 9500 its been awesome cus i got my steady EDGE, trust me if u have a 9530 on a gsm network thats your best bet

how many OS's are installed on your PC? The 9500 radio files should not work on the 9530. If you got that going, all power to you lol

only have .151, just delete all the programs from bb and dm and install it, just to be sure that what i was saying was right.
wiped the phone, installed .151 leaked, ran shirnk a os and changed the radio file to .167 from 9500 and loaded it to my phone, its working Awesome (btw the only file on the cdma folder was rim0x06001404OMADRM.sfi) is there any way tocheck if im really using that radio file on the phone? cus if i use only the leaked .151 just got EDGE from time to time
