    Connect your device to your PC. Open the DM and go to Back up and Restore and back up all your data.

    Also when you run the install of the Hybrid the loader program automatically backs up and restores your device.

    I always do the manual back up just in case....

    josh.robinson, try this:
    1. Plug your phone into your PC
    2. Open DM
    3. On DM, go to Backup and Restore
    4. Click on the backup tab
    5. This should backup your phone's user profiles

    i did that last time but i could not figure out how to restore only the contact list without the previous crap .75 os
    also should i pull the sd card before updating?

    When you are in backup and restore in the DM, go to advanced options and just highlight and move from computer to device what you want to put back on you're BBerry

    question guys?
    when i try restore my backup the dm gives me a message wich says that device doesnt have enough onboard memory what im doing wrong?

    Pull you're battery wait 30 seconds and try again put the battery back in wait for it to reboot back up (3-4 minutes then try again)

    ALso clear the cache and memory from BB Browser.

    yes, the cache should do the trick
