    Themes and 4.7.0.167

I have been running the .151 leak for some time and it has been pretty good with the exception of some lags. I am really into the themes and have read mixed reviews about whether or not they work on .167.

Can anyone tell me if Natemz Blak- series work on .167?

Can't tell you 100% yes, but I am pretty sure it will.

So far it seems that Natemz Blak-blue is not working on .167....

I am getting no sound notifications of new SMS messages and I can't open them.... also, the today functions for the calendar are not working...

Is there a fix for this other than not using the theme? I really liked this one...

If the today function works for the messages then make sure you calendar is set to the calendar you use for your appts.

Calendar-options = what calendars do you see listed?

Thanks Bryan for your reply. Under calendar options, I see both my e-mail addresses listed for calendars...

It seems the today functions of the theme did not work for messages either.

I have reverted to the default theme for the time being, but if I am going to stay on .167, I must find a working theme...

I think I will try Natemz pro v3 next....

Ahh ok if the today doesn't work at all then yes might be an OS issue with that theme. Keep us posted if you find a theme that does, as I am interested to see if this is an issue with this OS

I tried Natemz pro v3 also. The today function worked with the calendar, but once again, NO notifications for incoming messages. And I was unable to open incoming SMS also... back to the drawing board...

If you remember when .151 first leaked themes did not work with it. It took awhile for theme makers to figure out, what needed to be changed on themes in order for them to work with .151

True, but with the popularity of the 5.0 leaks, do you think anyone will have an interest in making themes compatible with 4.7 builds anymore ?

I was thinking that one one side we have 4.7 and on the other we have 5.0. I don't understand why themes don't work across the 4.7 builds...

    Not sure either

It took several theme makers a long time to make the changes as their standard reply was "I am not updating my theme for a leaked OS" heck there are still some out there they have not been updated yet.

I am liking this .167 leak. It is snappy and quick...and no spinning clocks as of yet. I guess for now it is stock theme....

    I agree

I am running .167 on my storm 9500 and also have same problems. everything else is great. I have to use factory Zen that came with phone to function properly. I got so fed up I am using an old Nokia with blackberry support. I really need the today theme, and it to work properly.
