Have you downloaded the Hybrid? if so, follow these instructions
After install right click and copy the 4.7.0.114 (this is the hybrid) folder from the extracted file. then open Cprogram files> common files> research in motion> shared> loader files> and drop hybrid OS into the loader file, yes to overwrite.

Go back to Apploader, delete Vendor.XML, double click loader.exe
