hay im having problems uploading it to my phone i extract then copy to loader then app loadre and it not doing nothing just showing my apps

I know when I load it up, it shows my apps list, and I check what I want to keep and uncheck what I don't then click next to go to the next step.

Now BBCrackman can help alot more on this since he setup the procedure.

You are running the straight 114 and not he hybird

well i have several issues first it saying fatal error when i try to relaod my apps and some thing about omething missing and loader. im running v2 i redownloaded 4.5. i think were i messed up at i went to cractuil and deleted all apps and files. cause yesterday my phone was showning device error are reload 507. so if u can help please do

Do you still have the 507 error? Which is not really an error. We just need to reload the OS

Not nomore but i dont have any apps and cant load apps cant i just re do the hole phone software

What OS do you have loaded on your PC? If it is the v3, go to where you have the 9530 114.exe setup file located at. double click and reinstall. It will ask you if you want to remove modify or repair, click repair. Once it is complete go to your loader.exe and launch. You are going to install .114 on to your device. Make sure you go down the list of available apps in the OS and check the ones you would like, then next and finish

We will then install the Hybrid. Let me know when you get to this point and I will walk you through the rest of the way.
