on my phone My about page still says 188.8.131.52.
When I get to the dialogue box (step 7) is my bb supposed to be hooked to the PC? It wasn't
And, do I complete the Loader Application wizard? I didn't
I assumed the bb wasn't supposed to be connected

Try installing the 114 first.

i just reinstalled .114 with the phone connected it came up as a repair or delete. I chose repair. it reinstalled everything. I went to the folder deleted old and pasted new one(no copy and overwrite this time) I deleted vendor.xml and when i double click the loader app it opens the loader install wizard. It only shows com3 port choice. I click detect commincation port and it times out saying it cannot find device. I even tried it without clicking detect box and same thing happens.

I've installed this hybrid a few times now....get the correct version and platform in the result but always get an error after the install is complete (on the device) Is the .114 file corrupted or is this a normal finding? Any info appreciated and thanks for all the effort put into this!
"Uncaught Exception...Application net_rim_bb_phone_(48) is not responding; process terminated. I ignored that and the OS still seems to be operating" ?????????

don't worry it looks like an app had an issue.
I have gotten that message before and just said ok and had no further problems.
you should be ok.

Thanks, Neolantis. Just wanted to confirm that the error message wasn't interfering with the normal operation of the OS. That gives me a little more confidence in the comparisons I've been making between .114 V3 and .113.
Thanks again to all those working on these OS mods.
