    Pick your Service Provider from the list.
    If you have trouble logging in...call your provider, tell them you need a login name and they will set it up for you in a minute or so. They will give you a temp P/W which you will change once you login.


    People rave about bolt & opera as browsers...i haven't used bolt long enough to comment


    One other thing to note: make sure your data service is on. Manage connections/click to turn on. mine shut off the other day...I think the battery got too low. That happens too.

    Verizon is my carrier and yes I did a battery pull last night and yes I resent my service books (once last night and once this morning.

    Also, I went looking for "manage connections" and couldn't find where it was located to check that out.

    The new Hybrid is great. I was having major memory leak issues with .113, but since upgrading to .114 V3 it is holding strong at 47 megs free. My hat is off to you all. Thanks so much! Love this phone!

    from the main menu click the bbkey and show all.

    The should show up at that point

    Sweet . . . after another battery pull, resending patches and making sure connections are good it's now up and running.

    Thanks again to all that you guys do. You guys definately are the shining star in the Blackberry world.
