Thanks. Click on word completion and you should have an option that says show text input options. Let's start with that step.

when i click on word completion, it gives me a drop down of either Word Completion or Auto Correction. =/

Try auto completion then tell me the options you get.

I only have three options:

English
Show Text input Options
Automatic

When I go into text input options I have predictive off.

This member shows four options which is not vibing with my screen.

The problem lies in the SFI file. With that being said, there is no fix possible until a higher leak, higher than .204 is released. Unless of course someone knows how to manipulate the SFI file which one is very difficult and two, reassembling it which is virtually impossible.

I remember when I fixed it a few days back it took away one of the options, leaving me with 3.

So can everyone make and recieve calls....it says "No Circuit/Channel available" How do i fix this!!!! Thas the only thing tht doesnt work!!!

Whoa!!!!!!! its day 3 and I am getting horrible battery life. Unplugged my storm at 5:30 Am and left it in the holster all morning and it was dead by 1PM.

Anybody else gettin this or have any suggestions?

I have not had this issue. Which version did you install from?

Ok i saw this as a problem on crackberry and I didnt know this was a problem for anyone else. If you are running your media player and when you let the song finish the next song would play but no song come out. Also if you press next the following song would do the same. To fix this just plug your phone back to computer. Runn apploader. It should tell you that its going to update either your core or system file. Install it and then your media player should be fixed. Any question ask away. Sorry if this has been posted or that I took so long to post this. Like I said didnt know people were having this problem.

Hey jlevy....it is the "word completion" and "auto correction" button you are talking about. To get rid of the tape of suggestions that is new to .191 you change it to "auto correction". For some reason when you open Language and Text Input from the options menu, you get a different menu in landscape than in portrait.

Open it while in landscape and you will see the third button down is the one you want. Its not there in portrait for some reason.
