I'm liking this so far, been running it almost 24 hours. No random reboots, no crashes.

    Pandora works
Gmail doesn't - i couldn't get the enhanced plugin working either
    google maps works
    poynt beta works
    youtube works
    BBM 4.7 works

I've been hovering around 46 megs all night last night and this morning.

I like this very much right now, i use the camera a lot but i can deal without it...i have an actual camera.

I have seen a few just "glitches" ... in pandora one time it kinda like doubled and split screens.

I had icons glitch up etc but over all very stable for me. I'll stick with this until we get a 5.0 hybrid

So far I'm loving it ...

VVM Works (for me this is HUGE, I love VVM)
BBM 4.7 (miss 5.0) but oh well, it's working fine and that's what really matter for me
    QuickLaunch also works fine

No memory leak, great battery life...Phone is working really good for almost 24 hours!

    191

I really enjoyed having 191 on my phone, very smooth, several of my favorite apps not functioning, camera; BBM 5.x; MeterBerry, Facebook and unable to receive text messages sent to my phone number.
Battery life was great screen transitions keyboards memory all wonderful, I think the next release will be even closer.

I am looking forward to try some new hybrids, going back to BBM8.5, I also like Lyrical 6v9 but my battery drained too fast. I also tried OOAK's latest and greatest, my STORM this time likes 8.5 best, although 6v8 was also pretty good.

I enjoy BlackberryOS, and love testing these new system updates, I am also looking forward to STORM 2, and think I will switch, although, this time I don't need it on the day it is released will wait until the price drops, or I get the I gotta have it now feeling. Right now I feel like I gotta have it...

Just woke up. Regarding the hexdump, what files were being looked at? I was thinking of comparing the .140 and .191 .sfi files. Has that already been done?

I am starting to really tire of these updates. Why would I even want to consider putting an OS on my phone, where there are known issues. For example, the camera, why put an OS on that keeps my camera from working. I am really starting to loose interest in all these updates. The "fun" is leaving quickly for me, when the newest update takes me back instead of forward.

I think I will wait for a hybrid to come out that fixes all these issues, so I don't have to go through the drill of putting something on I don't like, then spending the rest of the day getting my phone back to the way it was when I take it off.

Maybe it is just me, but this new OS isn't really worth all the hype and hoopla it is getting. To much to fix and get right before calling it ready for my phone.

My two cents......stepping off my soapbox now.

i completely understand what you're saying but...o each their own....i think it's kinda fun. the new builds have cool new features but usually take an additional leak or so to get some of the bugs worked out.

Anyone have a problem with their GMail inbox showing up twice?? I had it happen last night so I resent the service books and that got rid of the duplicate. Then this morning I loaded a theme, didn't like it so much, went back to the factory theme and there were 2 gmail icons again.

This is where it gets weird.. when you go into one, the highlight color is blue because of the default theme. If you go into the other, the highlight color is grey/black like the theme I enabled earlier. This second gmail is themed like the previous theme hahahaha. For now I just hid it, I'm sure the service books will fix it again, I'll do that shortly.

Unfortunately CrackUtil or BBSAK would not let him install that file to the OS. It seems to have to do with the digital signature.

Do any of you guys know how you can tell what version a .cod file is from (e.g .191, or .140) in windows explorer, or without actually installing it to the phone and pulling it up in crackutil?

The camera is still a no go.
We shall wait for the next build to come down the pike.

Sorry Mark I thought I knew of a way but it didn't work. You may want to PM BBcrackman as he may be able to help you figure this out.

I honestly don't think there is a way, you almost have to know what you are working with.

I would just love to be able to see that so I could keep them straight.

EDIT: Oh, wanted to say, I got info that the camera is fixed in build .20X, so we are getting close...
