    downloaded and installed but when I tried to remove Quincy, it is not listed in AddRemove programs, am i missing something here or it just that the installer doesn't have the quincy app anymore?

    It might have been removed before being uploaded, though I can't say for sure. But if it isn't listed in control panel then you should be good
