I think maybe that BBSak did something when i loaded .151 with cm v8 onto my device maybe deleted more than the vendor. I will try again and let u guys know. I did notice that after everything got put back onto my device (personal and 3rd party) everything was good then i went in DM and went into restore my backups (personal) and that's when i got the (Reload Programs:552). Will try again and let u guys know what happens.
Maverick...I am part of the help team here and I will give you a hand until they come back online.

I have read through the thread and I understand that you can get the device loaded with the OS but you get the error after re-installing your personal information/databases.

If this is correct I think you may want to try doing an advanced restore in DM and only load a few items at a time.
    Selective Advanced Restore

Hang in there we will get you loaded up.

OK Guys and Gals, here is what i did to resolve this problem. I still had the 552 error so i erase the .151 with the CM v8 overwrite and reinstall both .151 first and then CM v8 and i manually deleted the vendor file. The first time i let BBSak 1.4 do it and i was not seeing the whole program only half the options but i did the wipe and i loaded the OS thru the BBSak since there is an option for that. I really think that is what messed me up, i don't know why only half of the BBSak 1.4 would show up but i deleted it and reinstalled it 3 times and i still got half. Anyway i then went into APPLoader.exe and proceeded with the installation but this time i only installed BB Basics no 3rd party and no personal(contacts, memo, etc). After that finished i use an older BBSak that i had on my computer and installed that and wiped the Storm and then i got the 507 error which is what we want. Then i went into the folder that has the apploader.exe and loaded just the BB Basics again then i went to DM and restored my backup file and then DM Apploader and installed all my 3rd party apps and it finally works. I just keep getting a java error. I want to thank all of you that helped me thru the night and sorry to keep you up and for writing this long post but it may help someone else. Thanks Again. This website is truly the best. You Guys and Gals are Great!

The easiest thing you can do to try to get rid of those errors is a security wipe on the phone.

Options-security options- general settings-hit bb button- choose wipe hand held.-on the next screen select 3rd party apps as well.

**this will wipe your BB back to out of the box settings, so make sure you have recent back up.**
