Thread: Why will my software not load past initiation?

I just wiped my phone with Crack-u-til (all 3 advanced Steps- with polict it reset) and uninstalled and reinstalled all device software to my computer prior to loading it onto the device. I then deleted the vendor file and loaded my software to the device. However, I cannot get my device to get past the white busy indicator and I have even pulled the battery and the software loaded the same each time. Is there something additional I need to do because I reset the it policy before loading the new software onto the device.

How long did you wait before taking the battery out? A white screen with the hour glass is normal and can take up to 30 minutes.

about 45 minutes. this is the longest it has ever taken and I normally update/change to all new software leaks.

I would try wiping the device agian and reloading.

I have wiped and reinstalled 3 times now. However, I am still getting an App Error 200 every time. I have tried both through Apploader and through Desktop Manager, neither of which would change the outcome. Any additional possible ways to get my phone working again?

download a new copy of the software?

Also to add to manofice's advice, I would completely remove and reinstall all RIM/BlackBerry software, such as Desktop Manager. Reboot your computer once everything is uninstalled, then again once it is installed.
