My phone stopped uploading the phonebook to my car via bluetooth after upgrading to V8. Can make calls, just have to dial from the phone. BMW335i

I'm impressed... I have been running V8 for about 24 hours. I am going to post my memory logs since 3PM yesterday... The apps I have are as follows:
- BBampd Today Green
- Slacker Radio
- BBM 5.0
- BerryWeather (running in Background)
- Bluff My Call
- BlackBerryOS Mobile Launcher
- BerryBuzz trial (Removed at 8:45 AM this morning)
- BerryPopup trial (Removed at 8:45 AM this morning)
- Poynt (Removed at 8:45 AM this morning)
- UberTwitter Beta4 (Removed at 8:45 AM this morning)
- YouMail Visual Voicemail (running in background)
Here are my logs (refresh every 15 minutes):
I actually found that the more I used my phone, the less memory I lost; and the more I left my phone locked and unused, the more memory I lost... definitely am very impressed after my first day, and I did just remove the programs I have in italics and gray above. But, figured I would post my findings since I have been abusing V8. Also, my primary theme is BBampd Today Green as opposed to the Precision Zen theme.

No vendor.xml file this time. Installation had a hiccup but completed A-OK. Loader.exe got stuck when the device booted, before restoring the backup. Windows gave me a msg that it could not recognize my device. I disconnected the USB, pulled the battery, and reconnected it. It continued restoring the backup automatically.
First, I noticed that response to touch is faster than .151. Then I noticed that it was taking a lot longer than usual to rotate the screen. I rebooted the phone twice with quickpull, with no effect. It is not every time, but often enough, it will take several seconds to rotate the screen. With .151 I had consistently quick screen rotations.
I decided to go watch that Babylon AD video that came preinstalled on the phone. With .151, the framerate was poor. It was really smooth with bbcrackman v8! [I am unsure about the following comment: I got the impression that they turned off vsync. I am probably wrong. It was probably always off, but if they did, it was a wise decision.]
Camera, and picture viewing runs at a similar speed.
BB App World is terribly slow as always. It seems to me that this application is just not optimized for the hardware. OS improvements have never any difference with App World.
It takes less time to zoom in with the browser. All right! This is an annoying issue, so this improvement is a plus.
Time to reboot: 2:38. I never measured with .151.
All in all, these are solid improvements. I will not switch back to .151.

Best Memory Management
Using BBC V8 at the moment and I must say,
For those addicted to memory management, it can't be beat!
After 38 hours, memory has dropped only 2/10 of a MB...yes, that's not a typo---0.2MB. Loaded my OS (shrunk) at 46.7MB and now at 46.5MB.
Apps on board:
Slacker (but no cached stations)
Docs To Go
...and MOST IMPORTANTLY, using the STOCK VZW ZEN THEME. In the numerous evaluations I've conducted on BBC V8, 3rd party themes are unpredictable. Some work, some don't and many create issues which may not be readily noticable but can have untoward effects on the device. All bets are off when 3rd party themes are on board, whether activated or not!

While I agree that 3rd Party Themes are a risk, Natemz has got it down to a science and his BBampd build I'm using is running perfectly. So props to Natemz for creating a sweet theme that runs perfectly on V8. (His Black n White Pro v3 also works great).
