    If you restored your back up with the service books, you will need to go to options/advanced options/service books and delete the entries prefaced by Desktop. Then reconnect to your DM where your Corp email resides and it will activate. This is the first time I have heard of this issue with v8. When I re-synced it was the fastest sync I have had.

    we do wireless bes activations, we don't use DM

    Never have had a problem with any other BC hybrids until this one
